Susanne is working as an independent communications consultant and writer/editor specializing in projects at the intersection of innovation, sustainability and humanity.

Prior to 2017, Gérald was an advisor and head of unit in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Communication Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT).
